Adam was an absolute star from start to finish everything was absolutely perfect and we will most definitely book again through the Hospitality Centre and recommend to everyone looking for that special experience. I contacted the hospitality centre several times from my initial enquiry to to receiving my tickets and every time l was contacted almost immediately and no problems at all

We had a great experience with Adam from Hospitality making our day watching Wales v Australia perfect as out of town guests! We were a table of 9 and had all our passes and experience perfectly communicated and organized. We even added an extra person last minute. Will definitely do the VIP treatment again!

I was scammed. DO NOT BOOK through Hospitality Centre! I was lied to and told it was my fault. Not worth it at all. You can do the event better and much cheaper yourself. And they will avoid any and all responsibility through their sly Ts & Cs: 2.4 Hospitality Centre Ltd may at any time and without liability amend any error or omission in their Literature (including any alterations on Price or description of the Package) or invoice or any other document issued by it. Also check 5.1 and 5.2. Simon Young sold me a lie and it ruined the entire experience. After wanting to raise a complaint I was promptly sent the customer service email, giving me hope that something could be salvaged… and nearly 4 weeks later I am still waiting on any sort of response. I was sold a package from the ‘official brochure’ and was told at the event that it was my fault that I had been sold the wrong information. After trying to rush you to book ‘very limited(!)’ tickets, they take your money and then fall silent. No communication until approx 5 days out and then you had to print your own tickets anyway. When I enquired on the day at Wembley about the champagne reception (which I’d specifically chosen the package for due to treating my mum) Tom - an absolutely useless ‘manager' - ruined the day. After confirming what I’d booked his then less than stellar response was that I must of got false information from a third party - that 3rd party being the hospitality centre through which you are sent to book these packages - and he ‘[didn’t] even have any of the cheap champagne from the welcome packages to offer’ so tough. Honestly the whole ordeal was quite shocking. The customer service experience was terrible at every turn. And the highlight of the package, the seats, I could’ve got for a quarter of the price and then could’ve got better food and drink (it was not worth paying extra for at all, as well as being average the lounge very quickly ran out of certain food items) and a less crowded place to sit for far less overall. I am completely disappointed with the whole ordeal from start to finish and I have ended up feeling completely scammed and frustrated for the rest of my group. If I never deal with hospitality centre (and Tom) again it’ll be too soon. I reiterate: Avoid booking through the hospitality centre at all costs!

We really enjoyed our experience at Rod Stewart. Adam was extremely helpful in answering my questions before I bought the VIP tickets . We throughly enjoyed the lounge before It was nice not to stand in line with everyone else !! Would definitely recommend and will use these guys again thank you !!

Excellent seats, with a great view. Karin ( my daughter was so excited !!!! ) The whole experience was worth it. The Lounge was ideal to relax and have a drink before the main event. Well organised and no hassle, Karin will not forget this in a long time.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Adam with the Hospitality Centre. He went out of his way to provide first class and personalized service in arranging our trip to Wembley Stadium to attend the Denver Broncos/Jacksonville Jaguars football game on October 30, 2022. He presented our ticket options clearly and readily answered any and all of of our questions. We were not disappointed! The seating was outstanding, the amenities included in our Touchdown Club tickets were beyond compare, The food and drink were plentiful and delicious. We even had our own reserved table pre and post game, as well as at halftime. The entire staff could not have been more welcoming, courtesous and kind .I could not have asked any more from Adam, The Hospitality Centre and the venue. They are experts focused on customer satisfaction and I would rate all 100% on all actions

My son and I attended the NFL game yesterday between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Denver Broncos, from the start of the process Adam, whom dealt with my enquiry was first class, showing me all options available. I booked this over 6 months ago, and any question i had after booking the event was dealt with promptly. As for the event, it is the best sports event i have ever attended and I will be returning next year

Yet again from the moment I emailed Matt at Hospitality Centre to book England v USA at Wembley we received his usual excellent service within a few hours we had booked. We were late in requesting tickets so we didnt know what seats to expect when we got to Wembley. The service from all staff we met that night was fantastic making us feel so welcome the food was excellent and we had great seats. This was our 4th booking through Matt and we have a further three in for later this year and into 2023 his attention to detail is second to none.

I came across The Hospitality Centre by chance & I am very glad I did! I have used them several times since for pop concerts & sporting events and have found them to be very easy to deal with, they have gone out of their way to help & on the last occasion even upgraded our ticket to an even better experience! I will definitely use them again.

I’m really grateful to Hospitality Centre and Simon Young in particular for all his help in organising our tickets last weekend. We had an amazing time and the seats were brilliant! Great view and right on the aisle. The Tottenham stadium in general was impressive, immaculate and really comfortable with the lounge just a few steps away. It was a great game too which helped! The trip was several months in the planning and Simon was responsive and helpful throughout, from helping create a bespoke ticket for my partners birthday to answering all my queries and concerns throughout, regarding ticket availability, returns, event updates, and to finally securing us tickets with amazing seats. I hadn’t booked via Hospitality Centre previously and wasn’t sure what to expect, but we were really impressed by the whole experience and would definitely use them again. Thanks again, Simon and team for all your help.
