“Hospitality Centre made a dream come true for my family. Dan’s customer service went above and beyond. Everything was explained, I was encouraged to ask questions and all the information provided was clear. The whole process exceeded my expectations and any request was for filled, they sent out a special note for me and I believe the price is great value for what you receive. We went to see Liverpool play at home on New Year’s Day we really were treated like VIPs, the seats we had were amazing with fantastic view of all the action. We will be booking again. Thank you all for making this a magical memorable experience we will never forget. Looking forward to the next one we book with you.”

“Booked and paid for tickets for the Liverpool Newcastle fixture on 1 Jan 2024. I come from South Africa and this is a once in a life time oppurtunity to see a match at Anfield. I is sad to advise that i still do not have my tickets .. Dan phoned me at 17h00 last night , and send instructions for NFC at Liverpool, followed instructions but cannot get hold on him again . Site shows no tickets. What happened to all the promises on your website on hassle free , helping customers through the process. 8 calls to your contact centre and nobody answers the phone .. just IVR voice recording. I pray that i will have tickets in time for the match on 36 hours time .. Kevin Wright”

“Went with Hospitality Centre for tickets to Morgan Wallen. After enquiring, Adam got back to me with some info and he was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had prior to booking. “I stumbled across the hospitality centre when searching for concert tickets as a birthday treat & I'm so glad I did! Excellent service from start to finish. A big thank you to sales exec Adam, who sorted it for me and even produced a gift certificate that I could hand over. As part of the package, we had access to the AMEX Lounge, which was just fab, we even had a live band (who were amazing) to entertain us before the main event. Overall, the lounge was a great chilled space to have a few pre concert drinks. Our allocated seats were brilliant with a great view. (Seats were in section 102). So I was totally happy and would highly recommend Hospitality Centre, especially Adam....ask for Adam!
