“an amazing evening and it went like clockwork”

“Dan at the Hospitality Centre arranged tickets to a Paul McCartney Concert, which was a surprise birthday gift for my husband. It was the first time I had used a third party to arrange tickets and in these days of scams I was extremely nervous. Dan was very reassuring and patient with my (many!) queries and the evening was brilliant. Our seats were great and the use of the AMEX lounge was an added bonus. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using the Hospitality Centre again.”

“it's my second time using their services. The whole process was smooth like silk. Was a bit nervous to pay in full upfront a mth b4 but found it reliable n secure. We got the first wow seats in stamford bridge stadium n the view was great. Dan n his team were nice n efficient. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“Dan was superb in securing Sam Fender tickets for us in Birmingham. We wanted to treat ourselves to posh seats and posh they were ! Very competitively priced against the other outlets out there, we had four great seats in no time. Dan was attentive and very helpful throughout and we were done and dusted with tickets in hand in 48 hours. Like some of the other reviews, was a little nervous using for the first time but these guys are the real deal. Will definitely use again.”

“First time customer with Hospitality Centre and definitely not the last ... the service we recieved was second to none... Obviously a little dubious as I had never paid for this type of service before but the extra cost was well worth it and made for such a special evening watching Sam Fender. The padded luxury seating was a great added touch. And finally the customer service from Dan was spot on .. I emailed late in the evening and had a response in minutes.. confirming my booking and as promised the tickets came through in the stated time before the event.. Can't wait to see my next event using Hospitality Centre”

In a practical and logistics sense the evening went ahead without a hitch albeit we thought that Paul McCartney lacked communication with the audience - but that was not obviously shared by thou=sands of others! We would happily use Hospitality Centre agai, should the need arise”

“I have used the Hospitality Centre many times now over the last few years , for Harry Styles , The1975 , Taylor Swift , Cold Play and Billie Eilish , to name a few for group bookings and individual. Staff are so professional and efficient in this world of worrying about ticket scams. My contact is Adam and he has been quick to organize my tickets and answer any queries. Excellent customer service, seats , organization of payment which is bank transfer and delivery and service on all levels. I won’t go any where else. Thank you”

“I booked tickets for my husbands 50th birthday with Dan for the Anthony Joshua fight. He was beyond helpful and patient with me whilst I decided if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. Communication throughout the purchase and leading up to the event was clear and I was very happy with the overall service. “I used the Hospitality centre to get tickets to the League of Legends Worlds Finals. I can’t express how surreal the experience was. I don't know what you guys did to get me those seats but it was absolutely amazing . I have never been to event quite like it. We were sat right behind the best team; it was quite possibly the best seats anyone could have in the whole event. The whole experience was smooth, there was no queue to get into the venue. The Amex lounge was great fun and definitely played a massive part to our experience, truly felt like a VIP. Adam and the rest of the team made the whole process from buying to receiving the ticket super seamless, they sent everything I need to get to the event and enjoy myself. If there were any questions they were more than happy to help. From the four of us cannot thank you Adam and the team enough for arranging this all! If there's any event like this you support in future will be more than happy to go through you guys again! For anyone wondering if they should go through the Hospitality Centre please do! It’s worth it!”

“Got 6 VIP tickets for worlds league of legends finals - the view was insane - the vip lounge was helpful (who want to share toilets with 20,000 people lol) - the show was awesome - The price was worth it 300£ pp - we cut the line to enter with VIP entrance - Adam the person who sorted out our tickets was super helpful”
