“Great service, great plants. I was looking for a bathroom plant and I was spoiled for choice. The plant arrived in beautiful condition and very quick. Was kept updated at all times about delivery. Will definitely be buying more from Hortology.”

“Although my plant arrived in very poor condition, I cannot fault the customer service team. I sent them a photo of the plant straight away and they replied with excellent advice on how to save it plus a full refund. Despite this setback, I would definitely recommend them.”

“Unsure about this company as had never used before however... Was not disappointed! Plants arrived on time; they were amazing and healthy, plant containers were just as good as the pictures; packaging excellent and sustainable and finally the communication and time slots worked perfectly! The prices are reasonable too and you certainly get good value for money. We live in Leeds and plants delivered to an address in London within 3 days! We will be using this company again. 5 stars!”

“I had been trawling my local garden centres for this plant with no luck, so bought online when I was notified it was back in stock. Really pleased with the size of it. The box for it was ridiculously HUGE but it did mean it had travelled well and was in perfect condition.”

“I bought a beautiful plant pot with which I'm very happy. This was delivered in good time. I was not so happy with the pot liner that Hortology recommended that I buy to make the pot waterproof. This does not exactly fit nicely around the top of the pot. It would ft a pot that had a slightly wider opening at the top. I was consequently a little disappointed.”
