“We ordered 3 pots, to of which were the same design. Unfortunately one of the pair of pots arrived with a hairline crack. I contacted Hortology and Julia came back to me very promptly with an offer to refund or replace - we took the latter option and the replacement arrived a few days later. Excellent PR and service. I will recommend Hortology to all our friends and relations.”

“Purchased Money Tree and Spider Plant. Some of leaves were frozen and broken. But the level of damage wasn’t critical so it can be nursed hopefully. The delivery was on time.”

“Fast delivery and very well packed. Beautiful pot with rich colours, a little texture and even has handy rubber studs on base so will not damage fine furniture or glass shelves.”

“Hello Sandra, We were delighted with our order. The plant was very special and the pot that arrived separately was just what we ordered. Plant and pot have a place in our new 'snug' room which we have managed to put together during lock down. Thank you so much.
