“Emails from customer service pretty prompt, delivery was at later edge of the window but during Covid I think that’s fair. Both plants arrived well packaged, very healthy and the pots are gorgeous, my only criticism would be that one plant was significantly larger than the advertised height window, like almost double. On the one hand I got more plant for my money which I’m happy with, on the other I had to rearrange my living room to accommodate and I’ll have to spend money on a new pot to fit the larger plant. I’ll more than likely use them again for my next plant order.”

“I am very impressed with the service I've received from Hortology. I made a mistake with pot sizes on my first order and, because I was so pleased with the plants I had already received, I ended up buying another one to fix the mistake. I now have three beautiful plants, one of which has been named Jemma after the customer service agent who helped me select the plant and ensure I had the right pots. Fabulous Service! Highly recommended. Thank you!”

“Think the product is great - perhaps a bit pricey but very happy with it! However, the packaging was very OTT. A box within a box and mountains of paper stuffed in it. I understand this was to protect the pot but think it was taken too far.”

Hi Barbara Thank you for your comments. With some of the smaller pots, the liners need to be trimmed down in height slightly so they fit snuggly inside the planter. The sizes recommended are the best ones overall for each pot. Looking at your order, if you had gone down a size in the liner, it would have made the internal pot size very small and reduced the size of the plants you could have used in the pot considerably. Hence it is better to take a slightly larger liner and tim the top to fit. I hope this helps. - Your Hortology Team

“After having researched online plant delivery companies, I read an article highly recommending Hortology - I loved the various options to filter plants. I have already passed on the details of the company to friends and family as I was so impressed with a) the quality b) the prompt delivery c) the excellent careful packaging. Such a delight for something to go so well and brighten up my rooms whilst shielding. Will definitely be ordering more!”
