“Customer service was incredible. Messaged back seconds after my order by the Hortology team to let me know the pot size I had selected was incorrect. As this was a present it was especially appreciated! Plant arrived in great condition and is still flourishing a year on. Will definitely be ordering from here again.”

“I was little nervous about buying plants online as I was worried they would turn up damaged. I needn’t have worried though as they were really well protected. The plants are some of the healthiest I’ve ever bought. Definitely will buy from here again!”

“Beautiful plant pot at a great price! Delivery took a little longer than hoped, but it was stated on the website that delays were expected due to covid so can't be helped at the moment. Overall very pleased!”

“The plants and pots I've had have been amazing. Good quality plants (& pots) and well packaged (mainly in recyclable stuff too - which is important to me). I love the sizing guides for pots to plants - really useful. Hortology is a company I've been recommending to my friends and family. Infact on a recent family zoom I spotted two new snake plants in familiar shaped pots in my brother's house! He was over the moon too with Hortology.”
