“Contacted Hortology seeking advice regarding a particular plant pot. From the photographs shown on their website the colour was not entirely clear. I obtained a very fast response that was helpful and a successful purchase was made. Quick delivery of only a few days and well packaged pot and plant received in excellent condition. Overall the product and service was first class.”

“Lovely plants and pots. Was emailed to check I was happy with the height of a plant. My issue is that they use DHL who only emailed me on the the morning of the day they were delivering. The driver left 3 large boxes in front of the door in view of everyone on the street when no one was in, instead of coming back the next day to try and re-deliver. I find this poor delivery on a day we were out all day”

“Beautiful plants arrived the next day in perfect condition and healthy despite the cold weather. They packaging was protecting them well. Now they adorn my living room and get a lot of compliments from my guests. I also got a water can which in addition to sleek look is also very well designed technically as it doesn’t spill or leak. I will definitely buy more from Hortology in the future as the plant condition is excellent.”
