Hi Jennifer Thank you for your review. We offer two types of liner. Our premium liner is high quality “squashy” flexible LDPE plastic (this was the type you have purchased previously). The other option is a simple inlay liner made from Recycled PVC and these were the ones on your latest order, hence the quality difference.
