Hi Ann, we have been trying to contact you by email and phone for the past two weeks. Your necklace was returned to us as our courier doesn't deliver to PO boxes (as we do flag up at the checkout). As we haven't been able to get hold of you, we fully refunded your order four days ago, on 9th October. Please check your spam folder for our emails and to see the refund confirmation. If you would like us to re-send the necklace to you, to an alternative address, please let us know. We want to help and we're sorry that we haven't been able to get through to you.
