“Once again, the team at Honey Willow have gone above and beyond. I wanted to surprise my friend for her 30th birthday but was unable to take her to the store myself…so the team at HW helped me surprise her on her 30th birthday visit and arranged for me to pay over the phone - meaning my friend got the most beautiful earrings and such a wonderful memory on her first trip to Bath from Australia. Their jewellery is always stunning and I just adore all the designs and thought behind every crafted piece; but yet again, it’s the people and customer care that made the purchase perfect.
