“I LOVE this amazing establishment! I have been ordering things for years - special family events (milestone birthdays, new babies born, school graduations). Aside from the beautiful, one of a kind pieces, I so appreciate the special added touches that always come with each gift. The customer service is outstanding as well. Always quick to respond (I'm in the USA) with a positive "can do" attitude. The gift wrap is so unique and beautiful. Keep doing what you do and Thank you for all the one of a kind pieces of jewerly and the memories made with each one!”

“I ordered four necklaces from Honey Willow for milestone birthdays in my family (my MIL, mother, sister, and wife). Three were shipped to my house and arrived on time, but the fourth—the most urgent—was sent directly to the recipient. Unfortunately, despite the promised shipping timeframe, it took a month to arrive, missing the special birthday entirely. Throughout the delay, the only response I received from the team was a series of excuses and a 5% discount, which did little to make up for the missed occasion. I can't comment on the jewelry itself since it was delivered after my departure, but the lack of accountability and poor resolution of the shipping issues left me disappointed. If you're ordering for a time-sensitive occasion, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.”

“I ordered a lovely necklace for my friend’s 70th birthday. Unfortunately, UPS lost the package, and Honey Willow customer service was amazing! Each person who responded to my emails was friendly and professional. Without any hesitation, a second piece was made and shipped out. And without me asking, the expedited shipping I had paid on the first order was refunded. I have never experience such phenomenal customer service and I will definitely be ordering again!”

“I bought the 9 rings for 9 decades necklace for my mums 90th birthday on 18th January. She absolutely loved it. The service was exceptional as I received the parcel after 8 days after ordering in Australia! Personal service with a handwritten birthday wish as well.”

“Called in while we were in Bath to look at earrings that we had seen on line. Unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock but were able to look at similar sized hoops and were told that they make what we were looking for in their workshop. They were very helpful and we ordered a pair while we were there and they arrived a few days after. Great service and my wife loves the fabulous earrings. We would definitely recommend Honey Willow.”
