“Ordering the product was very easy. And the customer service response was fast and courteous . I bought a necklace for my friend's 70th birthday and she said it was beautiful and so well made. Delivery was on time.”

“Hello - this is the second gift I have bought from you. I just love it and so does my daughter. Your attention to details is amazing! We were in Bath a year or so ago and just loved it. Even my husband was impressed with the necklace and says if we ever go back to England we are going to visit you! Thank you so much. Happy Holidays!”

“I just made my second purchase with Honey Willow (actually the first was a gift to me from my daughter). I simply love the milestone necklaces - they are unique and beautiful. A tasteful gift which celebrates the circle of life, and the way each decade has its own special place. When the clasp on my necklace stopped working - I wrote to customer service and got immediate help and a replacement chain. On my recent order - a gift for a friend - I was also pleased with the fast response and courteous service I received. Being treated so well by a merchant can be too rare. This company delivers it all - and the product is super high quality.”
