“I phoned the office as I was looking for a particular item and wondered if they possibly had one ready which they could ship right away instead of the 5 days advertised on their website. They checked for me and had one in the post that day, can’t thank them enough for their help and immaculate customer service. Would definitely buy from them again and recommend to others.”

Although we hand make our jewellery to order we do carry a selection of pieces for sale in our physical shop in Bath so it is always worth a call or email if the gift is needed quickly. “Easy website to negotiate, prompt delivery of goods, well packaged and presented. I ordered a 9th wedding anniversary necklace for my wife, with engraving on one of the rings. She was absolutely delighted and loves the necklace. 9th wedding anniversary presents should be either "WILLOW" or ceramic, so this seemed even more appropriate!!”
