“I purchased the 10 ring necklace for my wife 2 years ago for our 10th anniversary and she loves it so much and wears it all the time. So I thought for Valentines I'd surprise her with a little something and purchased the bracelet with my gemstone and a pearl representing the two of us. She loves it and it's perfectly simple and elegant like her! Thank you!”

“We are really pleased with the 9th Anniversary ring necklace, it looks lovely. Our only concern, which could be addressed, is that the spring-loaded clasp and the chain links it connects to are all quite small, making it very fiddly to join up. Could just be us though ! Having said that, the item is so nice my wife will be going to Bath soon and will definitely visit the shop !”

Hi Peter, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear there has been difficulty with the clasp. This is our largest clasp- an option is to switch the clasp for a magnetic one. “I received a lovely 50th bracelet, engraved for my best friends birthday, unfortunately it’s too small for her (was fine for me!) I will need purchase a bigger one! Please can you advise best course of action. Many thanks”

“I was incredibly pleased with the swiftness of completing my online order and shipment to the US. Thank you! Beautiful earrings for my mother's 80th birthday. One note: The french wire is quite small--the earring rubs the bottom of her earlobe. Is there a way to incorporate a larger french wire? Also, loved the gift packaging and special note!”

Hi Kristi, Thank you for your valuable feedback, we have not had this commented on before and these are a bestselling product for us. I wonder if a member of your family could take a photo of the earring in your mother's ear so we can see the issue? You could mail it jewellery@honeywillow.com. We don't have larger earwires but there is potential to adjust by added a couple of extra rings before the hook to make the earrings hang lower?
