“I took a bangle into the store which had broken. They couldn’t do enough to help me. They fixed it and sent it to me and I’m honestly so happy. It’s rare to find a company that stands by their work and it was such a pleasure. I would recommend highly”

“Excellent delivery service. I made a mistake ordering the wrong chain with the golden anniversary 5 link necklace and the correcton was swiftly dealt with, necklace returned to Honey Willow and was replaced within a few days. I presented it to my wife at our Golden Wedding party and my wife says that she loves it!”

“I can’t begin to tell you how lucky I was to find your site when searching for an appropriate 70th birthday gift. The necklace with seven rings is absolutely as beautiful in person as it was on your website. Add adding the note to the gift box is an added bonus. Also, it came in such a wonderful timely manner. I received it in plenty of time before the birthday lunch of my friend turning 70. Also, what a nice touch to put your own little birthday note in the package. This is a wonderful organization and I look forward to finding something special there again. Thank you again. Mary”

“It was better than the picture on line beautiful. My daughter absolutely loved it. She wanted to show to her workmates and tucked it under her shirt to show them (works in the forces no jewellery allowed.) It's stunning. Big thank you”

“Sorry, definitely not what was expected. Small, flimsy, just - product doesn't "Wow!" As expected. Lost $$$$ - so I'll have to scramble to get my wife something else which is meaningful for this occasion. Update: Honey Willow graciously accepted the jewelry piece in return and promised to refund the entire cost plus return shipping. Fantastic customer service and I'm sure this particular piece will be enjoyed by another. Thanks HW,”
