“We have just sold our property with Home Estate agents and received a fantastic service from start to finish. This is the second time we have sold with home and I would definitely use them again. All of the staff were brilliant especially Kirsty who we dealt with after a sale was agreed. She took a lot of pressure off us at a very stressful time. Highly recommended agents.”

“Use Home Stretford to sell my flat. Great local knowledge and a very professional service convinced me to use them. Their price was very reasonable too. The pictures and the floor plan that they produced was very good. I was always able to contact the agent (Steve or John) when I needed to or they called me back quickly. Viewing were arranged with 24hrs notice and communication was clear and feedback was always provided. We achieved more than the asking price. Would use again.”

“Viewed a flat 3 days prior to this review being written. Loves the place. Everything was great. So I rang the estate agents to ask them to generate me a physical copy of the application form, however the man on the phone INSISTED that he would email it to me. After spelling out my email address in phonetics, and asking him to spell it back to me. Everything seemed fine. I never received the email. Rang back about 10 times over the last two days only to hear the same answer. "We will do it now. We spelt your name wrong on your email." Today Wednesday the 19th. I rang them 4 times. The first 3 times they said they would email it to me "right now". On the 4th time the landlord has already accepted another person's application. I work full time, but I am HOMELESS, sleeping in my car to tie me over for now. And then this unprofessionalism has now set me back Futher as the location was perfect and RARELY is available. Shockingly bad reception from this company. Absolutely LIVID. NEVER EVER will use this estate agents again.”

“We were impressed with Nick's professional approach from our first meeting and he gave us good advice regarding the sale of my mother-in-law's property. It was placed on the website immediately we had given instruction for the sale. In a few days we were advised of all viewings booked and the property had sold within 2 weeks. Every assistance has been provided by Nick and the staff at the Monton office and we have already recommended to a friend.”

“Nick was great all the way through, felt for him a bit as he was the only dialogue throughout and we had problematic sols from other side which heightened stress levels my side. Dealt with it very well and recently had dealing with Vital space and these guys are absolute muppets! Sorry to sound unprofessional but it's what they are Certainly use you guys again and recommend. Thanks - Stuart”
