Hello, I have seen your review and felt I needed to reply. I am proud to be the area's leading agent with over 40% of ALL sales agreed in the M41 area. We can only do this by pricing correctly and using all the modern marketing techniques we offer. Several times recently we have given a higher valuation than any other agent and I am pleased to say they have all sold. * Rochester Road, Davyhulme - Valuation £20,000 higher and sold above asking price * Milford Avenue, Flixton - Valuation £25,000 higher and sold at £15,000 over asking price * Stretford Road, Urmston - Valuation £10,000 higher and sold at asking price * Canterbury Road, Davyhulme - Valuation £15,000 higher and sold at asking price These are just a few. In a nutshell please remember being self employed I literally have to sell it so why would I give a valuation that I don't believe in. Hello, thank you for your feedback. Being independent feedback of any type is always appreciated. We did qualify the original purchaser although unfortunately he decided to tie his sale in going against what he agreed. Frustrating I agree but out of our control.
