“First engaged with Home estate agents only 7 days ago, after seeing the perfect property online, I'm now packing boxes and getting ready to move in! From the initial phonecall, Sales & Lettings Manager Lisa has been beyond helpful. This is only my second property since leaving my uni flat, so I was a bit unsure on the process of letting. Per contra, Lisa had the patience and expertise to answer all of my questions, and give me an E2E walkthrough of what my letting journey would look like. I was able to email & call Lisa at any time with any concerns, and I'd be met with a swift and friendly response, including Lisa arranging for a second viewing so I can take measurements of the place and begin building my new dream home before I moved in. The process with Home was super practicable and efficient, everything was done online and the application only took about 15 minutes, they dealt with everything else. Alongside this, both Lisa and the viewing agent were clearly knowledgeable and had a great relationship with the landlord, which offered me reassurance, and demonstrated their professionalism and care for customers beyond what I'd already seen myself. Absolutely endorse the use of Home estate agents, and mega excited to move in!”

“Just accepted an offer (full asking price) in under three weeks! Chose Mike and the team because of the non-corporate nature of the set up. This is a 'family-feel' estate agents where nothing is too much trouble and the service is tailored to a clear understanding of individual. Communication is on the ball. Would recommend Home Estate Agents to anyone...”

“Nick was fantastic from the get go. From coming to value the house straight away to getting the pictures done and added to the market all within a week. Any and all questions were answered super quick and he kept us updated on the process throughout. I know for certain if we ever decided to sell a house again we would ask Home to be our listing agent with no second thought. Just want to say another huge thankyou to the Home team for getting us over the line!!”

“We can't thank Nick and the team enough for their fantastic service, from our initial enquiry and property viewing all the way through to completion. As first-time buyers, we found the process of purchasing a home quite stressful, but Nick, in particular, was incredibly helpful and always responsive to our emails. He was more than happy to address any questions or concerns in a timely manner. After a challenging experience with our lettings agency, working with Nick and the team was a breath of fresh air. The process was seamless from start to finish, and we especially appreciated that they don’t use hard sales tactics during property viewings, unlike other agencies. “Home Monton office did a great job of selling our house this year. Nothing was too much trouble , all meetings and viewings were scheduled and on time as planned. Special thanks to Nick for leading things and also thanks to Lisa whom I met first and the rest of the team for attending the viewings. The home was on the market for two weeks and we agreed on a sale in the third week and completed in a few months.Great experience for us from start to finish.”

“It’s not often you can say that the service you receive feels as though it’s gone above and beyond the call of duty - but I can honestly say that during our sale process with Home, Nick has been nothing short of exceptional - and he has truly gone above and beyond. We had a rocky road the get to exchange and completion (based on our buyers poor solicitor) however - Nick always made sure we knew where we were, what was happening - and what he was going to do as next steps. Eternally grateful to you Nick - we got there. THANK YOU!! Highly, highly recommended!”

“Recently completed the sale of our property with Nick and his team at the Monton office. I really cannot praise them enough! Nick has gone beyond his normal role with this sale as it became a long and difficult journey, some of the obstacles we came across he was always there to help when we or the buyer had problems. His overall approach, advice and that ability to keep us feeling secure and positive about the whole experience really is 5 star service. I would absolutely recommend Home estate agents Monton if you are looking for someone that truly does care about their clients, works hard, communicates well and often, and always there if you need advice at that stressful time.”
