“Poorly made, not as described. Contacted numerous times asking for clarification, replied saying they would get it sorted a few times. Haven't heard anything back in 6 months !

“morning Rachel,not to happy with the delivery the box was damaged he did not knock on the door just left it my ramp rail as you know because i emailed you and told you i am in a wheelchair he was gone by the time i got to the door i had to wait untill some one came to bring the box in slight damage to the corner on one side no instrutions so overall not a happy buy

“E-mail informing us that delivery would be 14th April. No time slot. Waited in and nothing arrived. Tried tracking number and found out that the courier hadn't even got it. Called Home Done and could barely hear the woman who answered. From what I could make out she said it would arrive soon, but couldn't tell me what soon meant. She said she would call me back after speaking to the courier, but didn't. A waste of a day and still no bench and no idea when it will arrive.”
“Very deceitful. In description is advised as 8 piece. Just 1 pan came. emptied out my cupboards and now living with 1 pan. It's hard cooking with 4 children as their tea goes cold waiting for the rest of the meal to cook. I'm just disappointed. Send me 7 more please. My kids do t want to eat cold food”
