“Worst Company I have ever dealt with in UK. I have tried to purchase a couch where 133 pounds left my account. I took it on Klarna finance and the couch has never been delivered. It is 7 weeks since the orders and I am still trying to receive my refund of 133 or get the couch I have financed. I finally went to a charity shop to buy a couch because I waited 7 weeks to receive one in my new apartment, so now I’m in an ongoing argument to receive my refund and have no where about of where the couch is or what depot is delivering it. They can’t even give me the name of the depot or the delivery company. FRAUD AND SCAM . And I will continue to slate this company wherever I can because I have never had to deal with this in the UK.”
“Do not buy anything from Home Done the customer service is appalling , they claim that you have 30 days for a return and refund and once you receive your item and if you are not happy with it, they will tell you something different.
They are not even prepared to make any commercial gesture or gesture of good will.
The quality of items is very poor. I would not recommend Home Done, the it is the worst I have encountered so far”

They said it has taken a week to recieve my return, even though it was their own carrier, who picked it up and threw iit into the back of the van. Even though it has FRAGILE all over the box. “Website advertised a 'solid wood' coffee table in white. I was sent essentially a piece of plywood that had been painted on one side only with a thin coat of white paint that was so thin I could still see the wood grain through the paint. The edges of this piece of wooden board weren't even sanded as an actual piece of furniture would have been so you could see it had merely been cut to size and was already leaving splinters everywhere upon unpacking. Absolutely atrocious- I was basically sent a couple of wooden blocks and a wooden board that would have cost 5£ at a hobby craft store and definitely not 30£. They have yet to respond or arrange a refund for this ridiculous product.”
