“Terrible service. I still don’t have my sofas after being promised a delivery date between 13th and 20th December. I’m then told my delivery has been booked for 27th but nothing arrived. Then told the 29th and yet I’m still waiting.”
“Buying wardrobes from Home Done has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in buying furniture. It’s as though they pick delivery dates out of a hat. It took several emails and phone calls at least 3 times a day for a week before I finally received delivery of the wardrobes, only to find one of the mirrored doors was smashed. They had charged me £338 for fitting on top, but failed to disclose that the delivery staff were not going through fit it. I had to wait another 2 days on top of the already delayed delivery, for the fitter to come. Luckily the fitter is my witness that the door was broken on delivery. But I now have to wait for the Door to arrive. Home Done are terrible. I highly recommend potential customers to buy their furniture elsewhere.”

“Home done are trying to charge me a delivery fee because of a missed delivery. When In fact
Delivery was not attempted as no one approached the concierge desk or bothered to call up when they arrived. As previously stated, I had prepared and notified concierge 24hrs before said delivery. CCTV cameras showed them pull up outside my building, take pictures then leave.
I have yet to receive my order.”
“Ordered over a week ago. Lead time was three days. Contacted HomeDone and was fobbed off with contact the delivery drivers. Appalling service. Terrible after care. Avoid!!!”
“Wardrobe was not as described. Ordered white cupboard the complete unit was 3 different shades of white. The doors and bottom bed had scuff marks all over the edges. It difficult to check ever piece before building the wardrobe as it so big. Contact customer service all the seem to do is paa me off back and forth. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN”
