“I eagerly placed an order for a footstool I've been wanting ever since I purchased my sofa. This was the foot stool to match my sofa and I was surprised since the sofa was made by a different brand. However upon reading the review of the item itself, I thought it was legitimate and proceeded to buy the item. The first issue I encountered was that the estimated delivery was between 18th to 25th and I'd receive a call 24 hours prior to arrange collection. I was emailed later in the week to be informed they tried to deliver the item on the 17th and my phone was turned off. (I live in a village therefore poor signal) I received no voicemail, no missed call and the driver didn't attempt to ring the doorbell as I have a Ring doorbell. Fast forward to the new delivery taking place and the item arrives on the 24th. I eagerly unpackaged the top half and instantly noticed the material is completely different to the product I ordered, along with the shade and item in general, its not the same whatsoever. After going back and forth with Abdul, claiming that their QC depth advised they sent out the correct item, despite me spending photos of what I received and what I ordered, I am still being told bluntly that the item is correct (despite clear evidence). I have now had to open up a PayPal dispute case to obtain my money back because this company has advised it would be classed as a change of mind and want £69 to return the item. Do not order from here unless you want your item looking like you've ordered it from Wish. Disgraceful customer service and they only want your company and hope you don't put up a fight when they deliver the wrong item.”
“Extremely difficult to write a positive review as we are still awaiting delivery of goods despite being advised by Home Done that they were dispatched on the 24 September and the tracker shows no progress.”

“Table arrived damaged. Accepted £30 refund based on 6-10 days for money in bank. Refund not received and 20 working days today. I am now asking for full refund and table to be collected. Company are a joke!”
“Poor product that didn't look like the product I ordered. Paint scraped off the legs of the table, styrofoam inside the legs. Looked like the parcel had been opened already when it was delivered as it was not taped very well and styrofoam was flying everywhere. In order to assemble the table top with the frame, you'd probably need a drilling machine as there were screws but no holes had been pre-drilled in the table top. That would have been nice to know as I wouldn't havr ordered it if the holes weren't in the top so itnwould be easy to assemble with the frame.Also, the table top was not very well crafted and I thought I'd get splinters in my hands when holding it. It also said it was solid wood which it absolutely isn't. It's different pieces of very cheap wood that have been assembled and more sandpaper could have been used to prevent splinters. It just didn't seem like a completed product. Very disappointed and they don't seem in a rush to complete the return and refund for me even if I've told them it's urgent ad I don't have a coffee table and now need to order a new one.”

Sent a message asking to return on HomeDome email: answer after 4-5 days. Trying to avoid returns from customers by increasing days to don't contact customers and get non-return deadline?”
“Not a company that I feel is trustworthy and unable to contact by phone to discuss any issues. Have asked for information and still waiting with regards to cancellation fees. Would advise anyone thinking of purchasing through Home Done to first read other customer reviews on Trust Pilot and be aware.”
