“I'm very disappointed with homedone after putting all my savings towards a new corner couch 🛋 and footstool after having my couch for nearly a month no sign of the footstool!!! I've rang the number of the courier and just rings out AND ENDLESS EMAILS AND NOTHING!!!!”
“My first order never arrived they said it had been returned to the depot. I decided the quickest way forward was to cancel the order for a full refund and reorder a new one to save confusion/quicker way to get the item. I have now received the item but they have accused me of refusing delivery for the original cancelled item. They are now charging me £38 by deducting it from the refund this is a disgrace and will never use them again. I will also discourage people to use the website I am deeply annoyed with the way I have been ripped off and accused.”

After loads of chasing and complaining a new one was going to be sent then they delivered the original one, which was dented and the sensor part didn’t work! A complete waste of of my time and money avoid this company unless you enjoy stress!”

“Home Done said it gives you a full refund but they don't they offer me £19 and keep the item ,then I said no so they offer me £ 50 and keep the item ,all pay a £29 return feed up front to get my £103 back so be very careful I would not recommend buying any think from them very bad”
