“After nearly a month and 2 phone calls telling me my order is on the way, I still haven’t received it! Not happy, was promised goods by 26th June latest and now 4th July. Very disappointed ☹️”

“Awful experience. Called by them to say item no longer available as damaged in transit and now out of stock. Home Done very hesitant to give refund and kept referring me back to other items to have instead or to have credit. When they finally agreed to give refund, I've had to keep chasing. Still not received 4 weeks later, and will now be doing a chargeback claim with my credit card company. I'd suggest keeping away from this company at all costs!”

“Damaged box damaged and broken item. Messaged then 10 mins after received it. Customer service is horrible they don’t listen and shout at you down the phone. Took forever for delivery was promised next day. Received it days later damaged oil drenched the box. Tried to load pictures and videos. When I do the submit button disappears funny that. Without picture loading proof guess they think no pictures we must be lying well I have both video and picture proof. This item is faulty. And I’m having to jump through hoops to get refund. Now I will probably have to pay to send it back”

“Incredibly disappointed with my experience of Home Done. My order was due a month ago, but am yet to receive it. The courier says they never got it, and I've called 6 (six!) times and emailed 5 (five!) times only to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse. I have requested my money back several times as I don't believe I will ever get my item, but they point blank refuse.
Unfortunately, I work in the industry and know how fly-by-night middlemen and drop ship vendors operate. I regret ever dealing with them and would urge anyone else to shop elsewhere.....”
