“A very significant piece of furniture. Not like flat pack at all. I thought I might be able to put it together because it was looked so easy with only a couple of shelves and some Allen key bolts to attach them but, I had to have help because the pieces were too heavy. It looks lovely and suits the rest of my furniture..”

“The process of ordering and receiving our confirmation emails was fine. However, when we were having problems receiving the product was the issue. Contacting the Home Done team was simple and straightforward but trying to then have a contact for the delivery company in order to re-arrange the delivery (because they had cancelled) was a huge problem because they also didn't have the a contact which made things very difficult and caused the process of receiving our goods much longer. I definitely think this should be looked at closely for a better customer experience.”
