“I had never heard of this company and I found a camping kitchen setup online and it was the best price around and I looked everywhere, it notified me it was out for dispatch Sunday and it arrived Monday, I would order again from this experience, just great!”
“Poor communication from Home Done when delivery was late. Was promised an update and didn’t get one. Instructions for wardrobes were awful and had to wing it half of the time. Only some of the parts were numbered making us have to guess what the others were. Very vague pictures and the quality of the wood isn’t great at all. Pretty flimsy to be honest and not finished well. Will never buy from this company again. Don’t give yourself the hassle!”
“I can't review an item I am still waiting to arrive. It took 3 attempts to contact you before I got a response, having heard nothing since my purchase nearly 4 weeks ago.”
“Great Price and quick delivery, initially i was told it would be deliverd within 2-3 weeks however got a call a few days later to say i could have it deliverd much quicker.
Happy customer”
“Storage cabinet is perfect, just what I wanted. Unfortunately delivery company let Home Done down. Home Done were very helpful with getting a delivery date for me.”
“Only just discovered this site, but glad I did. Not had second item in order yet, it's arriving today and communications have beeen good. I emailed for an update and had a swift response so very positive so far!”
