“Delivery date was on the order as 1st to 3rd of July, being advised that if the order has not arrived two days after the last quoted date get in touch! I already had been following the tracking details which showed that the order had not been distributed to the delivery people, so I got in touch, it was pointless I was told the tracking details which I already had and told to get in touch if there is a problem! Still no delivery or sign of delivery and it is now the 8th!!!!”
“Very happy with my purchases. Prompt delivery with strong communication. The prices were competitive.
The chair and the artificial Banyan tree were from here.”
“I was a bit skeptical initially when I came across Homedone for the first time because I wasn’t sure what to expect. Then I placed my order and the use and feel of the website was amazing. From choosing my product to checking out was seamless and I received my order pretty quickly.
I have gone back two day later to order the same dressing table for another room in my house. Good service overall.”
“I got 3 door wardrobe from home done it is solide and stable only thing is it could do with little bit more information about assembly and correct drill holes for hinges rather than one position hole ,appart from that I am very happy about it.”
“After nearly a month and 2 phone calls telling me my order is on the way, I still haven’t received it! Not happy, was promised goods by 26th June latest and now 4th July. Very disappointed ☹️”
“Supplied a useful and hard to find product at a good price. Mysterious double debiting of the payment made the transactuon rather fraught and remains unresolved.”
