“Worst Company I have ever dealt with in UK. I have tried to purchase a couch where 133 pounds left my account. I took it on Klarna finance and the couch has never been delivered. It is 7 weeks since the orders and I am still trying to receive my refund of 133 or get the couch I have financed. I finally went to a charity shop to buy a couch because I waited 7 weeks to receive one in my new apartment, so now I’m in an ongoing argument to receive my refund and have no where about of where the couch is or what depot is delivering it. They can’t even give me the name of the depot or the delivery company. FRAUD AND SCAM . And I will continue to slate this company wherever I can because I have never had to deal with this in the UK.”
“My treadmill arrived in good time and was excellent value for money.when I put the treadmill together I was left with two small plastic cover plates - I am waiting for a reply from the enquiries department as to where these pieces go.the treadmill works fine , even for me at 81 years of age.”
