“Not happy. First time I have decided to shop away from Amazon. Ordered a wardrobe for my son's bedroom. Several panels turned up cracked. Tried to call to speak to someone and stayed on hold then gave up. Emailed, and applied for a refund. Waiting to hear back as to whether I throw the wardrobe panels on the skip or if it will get picked up. In the meantime, my son's bedroom which should have been finished for his birthday looks like a jumble sale with clothes waiting to be put away.”

“Wasn't kept informed as to when sofas were being delivered. Had to ring up to enquire which wasn't easy.
When sofas arrived they were extremely uncomfortable despite the description saying extremely comfortable. 4 people have sat on them all shapes and sizes and all agree uncomfortable. Would never buy again from this company.”

“Do NOT buy from Home Done Limited. I have bought the trio white high gloss from them and was surprised that this product is made of pressed cardboard and a very thin one. The bedroom furniture is for daily use and I doubt that this trio will not be broken in 2 weeks after daily use. I want to return it, but the return postage to Scotland exceeds the cost of trio and Home Done Limited does not offer a collection service. I have logged a legal dispute with Home Done Limited.”
“Do not believe on advertised product pictures on their website .You will order something and will get something completely different from website .Once you will try to make them aware of their mistake .They will respond to you saying pictures on website are for reference purpose only .Avoid them.Will be taking this matter further with fraud handling agencies”
“I’m having a very stressful experience. I brought a wardrobe online, it arrived without any parts labelled and no instructions. Video instructions were sent but the parts aren’t labelled so it’s not possible to follow. Waiting for quote to assemble, still waiting , 2 weeks later. Very upset.”
“I was told delivery would be Monday and I had to stay in all day as it was an all-day delivery.
I took time off work and sat in and wasted a whole day waiting on a delivery that never came.
It came the next day when I was at work, really annoying.
The online advert also states FREE UK Mainland delivery which is 100% wrong. I live in the UK Mainland (Scotland) and you charged me for delivery. Due to all of the above, I feel you should offer compensation which you have not done, leaving me completely unsatisfied with your service. I will not be shopping with you again unless you compensate me and will also tell family and friends not to shop with you.”

“The packaging was damaged on arrival with a large tear in the box and product showing through it. When the chairs were put together you could see that pretty much all the chairs had faults in them. To avoid returning we offered to keep them at a discount but they refused and refused a refund as well. Would not recommend this company at all and would give them a wide berth”

The customer is always right and you should change the terms and conditions you have. And it should also be attached to every purchase receipt as a customer does not buy an item looking at the terms and conditions. I bought an item refused delivery and still haven’t had a refund. I should not have to pay £129 for an item I don’t have in my possession or for an item I haven’t used. I refuse to do so.”
“Made an order recently by mistake and requested to cancel right away within 24 hours before the item was even dispatched and they refused to do full refund and request £49.00 deduction just for making an order. Very disappointed as we are an Estate Agency that do multiple orders for our Landlords and they don't really care about customer satisfaction and we won't use them again.”
