“I had decided to order what I thought was a set of 2 speakers (given the price, the only site to offer a speaker at the price of two from the competition...) from them, as the site seemed to have good press. In the end it was only one speaker, so it's specified on the article page but you have to have a magnifying glass and be ready to read a whole novel to find the information. I decided to cancel my order and get a refund, which was done except that the return shipping costs were at my expense and my contact there, not very pleasant, didn't want to hear anything. So the site ships correctly, the contacts respond quickly, but be careful what you order.”

“Ordered the Sonos Beam on the Black Friday weekend when it was sold out pretty much everywhere else at the great price. My order was processed and shipped still on the same weekend and arrived Tuesday already with very good courier. I am very happy with such a fast delivery, not very common in lockdown before Christmas! Posting anonymously, so my husband does not stumble across it by accident before Christmas...”

“Ordered a Sonos system last Saturday afternoon ( late). Received fairly Immediate confirmation of my order, advising goods had been despatched and would be delivered next working day. Monday afternoon, my boxes arrived, very well packed and I was up and running, all connected within an hour. Great product and fantastic service. Thank you.”
