“Slight mix up with the wrong speakers being sent to me, in fairness they are identical save for 1 letter in the model number and one is active and other is passive. The issue was rectified professionally and quickly with the wrong speakers collected and the correct ones delivered within 36hours. Good price, cheapest I could find. Item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition as expected. Slight delay on the initial delivery, though it was dispatched in good time by Home AV Direct, the delay appears to be at the DPD end.”

“Fantastic customer service from my first enquiry. Dubs checked stock as knew it was getting low. He rang me straight back, asked me to pay and I rang him to confirm this was done and he assured me the item would be on the courier later that day. It arrived in The Scottish Borders not long after I'd rung to ask why tracking info hadn't arrived! It's a brilliant product-we can play our CDs and also all our old tapes again and record the tapes direct to USB on the TEAC 850 machine. Thanks very much to the AV team.”

“Bought discounted open box white Dali Spektor 2 speakers from them. The delivery was quick which I liked very much but the condition of the speakers was very poor. Dirty, with lots of finger prints on fabric speaker covers. I expected that the product will be in mint condition, well what a disappointment.”
