“Order not without problems, but resolved to my satisfaction. I did not receive an order confirmation email and the ordered item was not delivered after a week. Fortunately, I paid using PayPal and their email contained the order number. Calling the store, I received good customer service. I was informed that the item was lost in the post and a replacement would be sent, which arrived the following week.”
