“I found the whole experience of purchasing from Home AV Direct easy and problem-free. I had a slight issue with the product, and my interaction with customer services (specifically Vee) was very satisfactory. Vee was extremely helpful and obviously cared about my issue, and went out of the way to research a resolution. Very good customer service, I wish all companies were the same.”

“Ordered 2 types of Bose speaker. First one delivered pretty much next day. Second set were out of stock but I bought them on the proviso that they were due in the following week. They were delivered this week just as the salesman said. Home AV Direct can be trusted to do as they say. I would definitely recommend them.”
