“Ordered 2 types of Bose speaker. First one delivered pretty much next day. Second set were out of stock but I bought them on the proviso that they were due in the following week. They were delivered this week just as the salesman said. Home AV Direct can be trusted to do as they say. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Order not without problems, but resolved to my satisfaction. I did not receive an order confirmation email and the ordered item was not delivered after a week. Fortunately, I paid using PayPal and their email contained the order number. Calling the store, I received good customer service. I was informed that the item was lost in the post and a replacement would be sent, which arrived the following week.”

“After the parcel was missed by the courier I rang and they sorted a replacement for delivery the next working day, can't fault them one bit. Would order from again without hesitation, thank you.”

“They offered the best price and delivery came when expected. I didn’t receive a confirmation email but made note of my order number when I placed it. I emailed them to provide the receipt and it was with me almost immediately!”
