“The online chat help is 5 star. The overall communication is a bit poor. I would like to receive confirmation emails at various stages of the whole process. Also, for some reason my delivery was originally sent to an incorrect address despite the PayPal receipt showing the correct address. Great product and I would use your service again. Your chat team deserves a pay rise🙂”
