“Very pleased with my purchase. Hearing things in music and films I've never heard before This is a great package Home AV Direct have put together. Home AV Direct where a pleasure to deal with as I had purchased the product through PayPal and I wanted to change to their finance deal and they had it sorted within an hour, and the goods arrived a day early. Over delivered on service, what more can I say.”

“I couldn't find the stereo I wanted elsewhere despite others advertising stock. Phoned Home AV, they checked stock I ordered at 4pm. It arrived at my home at noon the next day. Good job by Home AV and the young gent who delt with my order.( I'm sorry your name escapes me. ) Best Pete”

“I still have not received my CD player over a week later. I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. That request was refused even though I am legally entitled to one. The issue is still unresolved and your customer service has not dealt well with the problem.”
