“Ordered a vinyl player and speaker system for a Saturday delivery on friday. It didn't arrive on Saturday, but home av direct followed it up it arrived on Wednesday and then refunded me the £15 I had paid for Saturday delivery. Though I will say that they probably would not have done this unless I had prompted them. Overall though decent service.”
