“Bought Sonos arc. Very competitive price which was on offer so thought why not. On a Sunday bought via website, and received emails confirming transaction and was awaiting another regarding delivery( As stated). As it was next day delivery expected it on Tuesday and to be fair it arrived that day. But from Sun to Tues AM nothing confirming this was the case, or that it had been dispatched. Checked website and it had gone up in price so had some reservations as to what was happening. Tues AM DPD confirmed delivery. So all fantastic with the exception of order status update and what was happening. Slight improvement in comms and the next rating will be 5 stars!”
