“I ordered some Yamaha NS-IC600 ceiling speakers which were very competitively priced. The package was despatched the same day I ordered and arrived via DPD the following day, thanks Home AV. I haven't installed them yet but they seem strong and well made as you would expect from Yamaha, installation looks to be straightforward though and I'm looking forward to completing my Atmos set-up.”

“Not impressed! Webpage and the way they handle orders needs to be updated and reviewed, as it’s not working as it should be. Bought an item, they took the money out of my account and then all of a sudden the item I purchased is out of stock. They offer me another item, and as I’m agreeing to that, they tell me it’s out of stock as well. I ask for a refund that took 5 days to get to me. Polite enough staff, but I spoke to too many different people to try and sort my order out. Not in a hurry to shop again!”
