“My package arrived after a few days, however it was only placed in a small plastic bag for freight. The cardboard box for the product was a bit damaged when removing the plastic. I can’t check if the product is damaged as it’s a gift.”

“Cheapest price on the internet granted,but I had trouble placing my order on line, so had to phone it through in the end, 1st sales person I ordered through was very polite and I was happy with the service, unfortunately when my order arrived one speaker was damaged...after pics were sent and a follow up phone conversation also...a new speaker was organised so no problem there, I advised the 2nd sales person who dealt with the replacement I needed a phone call once the delivery was there and I would meet the driver to take my new speaker as I work 4 mins away ( and Additional amp purchased which was also being delivered at the same time ) I recieved no phone call and missed the delivery, I phoned home A.V direct and the sales person was not very sympathetic even though I had just spent £ 1'300 with them and part of the order was a swap over for a damaged speaker sent in the first place, and i gave instruction when the order was placed that I needed to be phoned.... That was Friday, I'm still waiting for my front speaker ( I am now taking a day off work Monday to receive this just in case ) the amp was supposed to be delivered to matalan just down the road as it is the closest collection point but that has not turned up either... Cheap price...yes Service not so much..”

“I was delighted with AV Direct. Firstly the Denon Hi-Fi system with additional HEOS speaker is outstanding, but so is AV Direct service with very prompt efficient and speedy delivery and excellent communication concerning product availability. I would recommend AV to anyone.”
