“Home AV order process was straight forward and the items they despatched from their warehouse was fine, here the next day. The Item from their supplier was slow to arrive and when it did it was the wrong item and then the replacement item did not have the correct headers fitted to the bracket. Fortunately the supplier is now trying to sort this matter as I complete this review, hence the low score as quite a lot of hassle!”

“Quick and efficient service. Easy web site to use for the purchase. Only downside was the unfair delivery charge for Scottish Islands. Over £12 for an item 4 x 1.5 inches is not fair. Our Royal Mail deliveries and our carrier charge just the same as mainland rates.”

“Great Customer service. I ordered some speaker brackets, They only had 2 out of the four in stock, which they contacted me & asked if I wanted 2, which I did. They kept me informed & when the other two arrived & sent them out straight away.”

“I couldn’t be more pleased. The order for a Bose sound bar and bass speaker was placed at 4pm on Friday and delivered to us by 11am on Saturday even though we hadn’t paid extra for next day weekend delivery. The packing was excellent and we’re delighted with the Bose system. A V Direct are just brilliant!”
