“Bought an Astell&Kern sp2000t from Home AV Direct! Was able to return it, in new condition as sent to me, under their 14 day policy which is great and gives you peace of mind!!! Was apprehensive sending it back as one always thinks companies will find issues with it in shape or form to reduce the refund but not here! Dealt with Vee throughout this process and she was professional and friendly!! Was was expecting a bit more from the dap tbh, compared to mojo 2 which I think is better to my ears that is and the screen isn't what I'd expect for something cost nearly 2k hence returing it....Still a good dap. All in all great service and would most definitely do business with them again!!”
