“I ordered a SVS SB3000 subwoofer and Wireless transmitter/receiver after an online chat with one of the advisers. The sub was delivered around lunchtime the next day. Packaging was excellent and I was able to set it up with no problems. The sub is brilliant and jmI have set it up nearfield which has given me excellent bass without the whole has shaking. I can recommend SVS and Home AV Direct and in fact ordered some Soundpath isolation footers the following day.”

“After several failed attempts with other suppliers was very pleased to find that HomeAV direct were offering exactly what I wanted ( a number of condenser tie clip microphones complete with battery and canister, a lengthy lead, 6m, and 1/4 inch jack connecter) at a competitive price and delivered within a couple of days. “Had a small issue with the wrong model sent out to me - this happened twice and after kicking up a fuss as it would have been over a week the time I would have received the correct model - they brought it to my house personally that night and swapped it over ! Well done Vee - good customer service - shame you dispatch team let your company down twice before you stepped in to sort what would have been a disaster”

“Ordered an item (Pro-Ject Tube Box S2) at 13.20 on Thursday 27/10/22 which qualified for delivery the next day as I had ordered the item before 15.00. On Friday 28/10 I emailed Home AV Direct at 16.00 asking why I had not received a delivery update. I then got a load of flannel from one of the support team (Vee) who blamed DPD for the delay and that the delivery date would be Monday 31/10. Home AV Direct provided me with a tracking number. On checking the tracking number I noted that the supply of the item was not Home AV Direct but Henley Designs. When I challenged the contact at Home AV Direct they said that the item was out of stock when I ordered it so Home AV "DIRECT" arranged for it to be sent by Henley Designs. I suggested that in future they might like to be more upfront about the status of an order rather than give a load of flannel. I cannot recommend Home AV Direct.”
