“The transport was 15 minutes delayed without notice. I had to call and ask for the driver. It seems like the shared shuttle broke down, and I was picked up by a taxi. The driver dropped me off in an area not allowed for taxis to stop, to skip the queue.”
“It was horrible! I landed at 00:30. I got picked up at 2 and then deposed in another city, in arandom hotel. I had to wait there for 1.5h, until I got pickedup by another drier who drove ne home at 4:30 AM. A journey of nirmally 1.5h took me 4h!!!”
“A l'aller ;chauffeur pas du tout sympa il nous a déposé à plus de 1 km de l'hôtel. il n'est pas un TAXI il nous a dit, première fois que cela nous arrive depuis bientôt 4 transferts.
Au retour : chaufeur sympa mais longue journée, partir à 12:20 alors que notre avion était à 19:35 trop grande attende à l'aéroport à ne plus faire je pense que la prochaine fois je vais prendre une autre société.”

“Je pense que un service payant doit au minimum respecter les horaires et surtout le clients, et surtout la langue du pays , mais certaines cases étaient absente donc acte

“Extremely poor service from holiday taxis. Pre booked transfer and failed to pick us up from our hotel. As a result we were forced to arrange and pay for a private taxi at a cost of €90 in order to reach the airport in time for our flight. This was additional expense and stress.
When we contacted customer service team by phone, the representative I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful, which added to the frustrating and disappointment of the experience.
I have requested for a refund to cover the cost of the private taxi. Extremely disappointed that its holiday taxis and will not be using them again.”
“Taxi from hotel to airport should’ve only been 1hour 10 minutes instead took 2hours 30. Driver drove past the airport and drove another 30 minutes to pick someone up who could’ve easily got a different bus for as everyone else on the bus was from where we were staying. Only left with 1hour 30 to check in and get through security and to the gate was a big rush and only just made it”
“Gisteren een taxi moeten betalen van €110 omdat de bus gewoon niet kwam opdagen! Aan de telefoon werd gezegd dat ze er wel stonden en ook telefonisch contact probeerde op te nemen. Wat totaal NIET waar is ook de mensen van het appartement zijn niet gebeld. Hun oplossing neem maar de stadsbus!! Vrouw aan de lijn was ook nog eens geïrriteerd. Laatste keer dat ik via dit bedrijf een transfer boek”
“Had to wait for half an hour at the airport. Numerous excuses why the driver was delayed. He was supposed to be at the airport 20 minutes before we arrived but obviously wasn't. Disappointed with service, might as well of got the holiday coach transfer.”
“I was told to wait at the bus stop. Arrived well before my allotted time of 5pm. At 5:10pm I rang the office to check the taxi was on its way. I was told that 10 minutes late was ok and the vehicle was on its way. I rang again at 5:25 to be told the driver had been already. I could not understand as I was sat exactly at the bus stop where the outbound driver told me to wait. It cost me over 40 euros to get to the airport. I was late and extremely stressed. To say this was awful service is an understatement. I would not recommend this company. There was no apology from the office staff …absolutely disgusted.”
“Outward transfer was OK. The same cannot be said of the return. Our taxi eventually arrived 30 minutes late only after two phone calls to provider. The driver who turned up said it was not his job but had taken it on as his colleague had not turned up. He drove lunatic and we were relieved when we finally arrived at the airport. We have never been overly keen on using Lords Travel and if this the only company you deal with we will no longer be booking through you.”
“finding the bus and getting on it was easy, but the driver that took us was awful. took a list of everyones hotel then took people to the wrong towns, hotels. we eventually got to our hotel 3 and hlaf hours after we left airport it was an absolute joke, you said originally it wont take you direct to hotel of which i was happy with which is why i booked it but it did every passenger, never again terrible srvice”
“The taxi did not arrive to take us back to the airport so I had to pay for a private taxi.
I was travelling with my 3 year old and we were advised of long wait times of passport control so it was very stressful”
“Absolutely abysmal.
Took 3 and half hours foe a 40 min journey. Driver went to hotels that had no one to get off.
On way back to airport we were picked up far too early it seems we were alongside passengers that were flying out a hour earlier than us. Never again.”
