“Extremely poor service from holiday taxis. Pre booked transfer and failed to pick us up from our hotel. As a result we were forced to arrange and pay for a private taxi at a cost of €90 in order to reach the airport in time for our flight. This was additional expense and stress.
When we contacted customer service team by phone, the representative I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful, which added to the frustrating and disappointment of the experience.
I have requested for a refund to cover the cost of the private taxi. Extremely disappointed that its holiday taxis and will not be using them again.”
“Da sousse ad aeroporto Tunisi il 17 settembre. Mi hanno cambiato gratuitamente l'orario del taxi,v considerato che il volo Ita airways mi era stato spostato di 12 ore. Cortesi puntuali e professionali oltre molto economico...grazie ancora. luigi”
“I have been booking with Holiday Taxis for years. They never let you down and the prices are really good especially when they offer 20 percent discount for loyal customers.”
“Very impressed by the transfers! Straight from landing the mini bus was there waiting, only a few stops before ours. On the way back we had multiple updates on pick up times, and again the mini bus was already there waiting with a friendly driver. The price for the transfers was so good (£26 for 2 of us) as would have been €90 return in a taxi and this really was much difference in travel time. Definitely recommend and will use in future.”
