“Ordered and paid for a minibus, got a regular sized car that was too small despite making very clear in telephone booking process that a minibus was needed for luggage. Had to order a second cab last minute through UBER incurring additional unnecessary expense but no choice as would have missed our flight. At time of writing waiting to hear back from customer services….”
