“Absolute nightmare they tried to pick me up 9 hours before my flight blaming road closures due to a festival. When I refused to get picked up so early they moved my pick up to another resort 3km away. On the day there were no road closures in the vicinity of my hotel so ended up getting a public bus to the airport”

“Easy to find driver on arrival - wait time was a little long due to a no show passenger but it was useful time to be able to get food & drink.
Hotel to airport was very comfortable and we were only passengers. Pick up time was very early given counters don't open till 2 hours before. Also turned up earlier than stated pick up time and pestered us to find him at that time. A very friendly driver and put on English spotify for us too which was a nice touch. Luckily Campino has a McDonalds in it to be able to chill while waiting.
All in all, much more handy than the buses into the city and very relaxed in the vans. Would recommend!”

“On arriving at the airport our driver was waiting. He took our bags to the car and made sure we were comfortable.
The car was spotlessly clean and the driver was very friendly.
He took us straight to the hotel and on arrival took our bags in for us, as I was travelling with me mum and would be struggling with all of the cases

“Normal is holidaytaxis ok for me but now its not, the supplier has no booking from holidaytaxis and so there was no driver!
After more than once telephone contact, I have take a taxi to my hotel.
Not so nice with 3 little children and waiting total 2 our.

“The service was well organized. Just after my arrival, the local organizer texted and called me, instructing me on the procedure.
The driver was helpfull and polite, the caar was ok. Unfortunately the traffic was awfully heavy, the trip from the airport to our hotel took more than 2 hours.”
