“Had to wait for half an hour at the airport. Numerous excuses why the driver was delayed. He was supposed to be at the airport 20 minutes before we arrived but obviously wasn't. Disappointed with service, might as well of got the holiday coach transfer.”
“Good price. Fairly easy to book.
Superb customer service when I phoned to query my voucher.
Journey from airport was over hot and no attempt to check if passengers were comfortale. Driver argued with another passenger.
Return journey perfect in every way - arrived exactly on time, friendly, helpful.”
“Had to wait 25 mins but when the mini bus arrived it was quick & easy & the driver was very helpful with luggage & drove outside hotel. Which in the past I got one driver that dropped me at a bus stop 500 yds away at 10pm at night & he said that was the stop I was very upset & had to walk down the hill to Pearly Grey hotel in Callao Salvaje with suitcase & hand luggage which made me think I am not using Holiday taxis again but I have tried again & it was good !”
“I was told to wait at the bus stop. Arrived well before my allotted time of 5pm. At 5:10pm I rang the office to check the taxi was on its way. I was told that 10 minutes late was ok and the vehicle was on its way. I rang again at 5:25 to be told the driver had been already. I could not understand as I was sat exactly at the bus stop where the outbound driver told me to wait. It cost me over 40 euros to get to the airport. I was late and extremely stressed. To say this was awful service is an understatement. I would not recommend this company. There was no apology from the office staff …absolutely disgusted.”
“Excellent service provided by friendly and efficient taxi driver. As usual, he was in the arrivals area when we got there.
We always use Holiday Taxis and would recommend them.”
“We found the service to be great value and effective.
Shared shuttle to our airport was running on an hourly schedule, so there was a slight wait depending on what time you arrived.
For the return journey however we were surprised to find that a taxi had been provided at no extra cost, which was a nice bonus and made sure we arrived in plenty of time without feeling rushed.”
“Our driver this year was great. Took us to Sorrento on the coast road which we have not done for many years. Had a photo opportunity in Vico Equense and lemon granita later. Thank you. It was a great start to our holiday.”
“Great service easy meet and greet at desk and on the way to our destination with no trouble. Driver professional and dealt with last minute change without any problem.”
