“Taxi arrived slightly early, which was perfect as it was a very hot day! Driver was friendly, and had provided a complimentary bottle of water. Air-con was nice and cool. His driving was excellent.”
“Really disappointed with the service. My transfer was booked for 6.30 in the morning, but he turned up at 6.00 . When we asked him to wait he just left without notified anyone. The private taxi cost us €92 . I will advised everyone not to use this service. No one speak English when you contact them in turkey and really rude .”

“I have used this same service multiple times in the past & give or take we understand that things happen but remain calm an understanding with unplanned changes. On one of my recent experiences my driver was over 45 minutes late which ended up with me getting on the wrong transfer. I was later collected over an hour later at a different hotel, grateful that I wasn’t left stranded after a few phone calls.
On my very last pick up I had a problem which delayed me by 20 minutes. My driver came 5 minutes early (18.55) but there was 5hrs and 20mins before my flight which was just 1hr and 15mins drive to the airport. Upon the driver’s arrival I sent my daughter down on the bus with our bags as I quickly tried to sort out the problem. She told me that he threatened to drive off without me. When I did arrive I barely got a foot on & he threatened to close the door on me & starting to pull off telling me to hurry up and get on! Once on, he was screaming and shouting at me. I was so shocked & flustered, all I could do was say sorry. This behaviour continued for half of of the journey. It was quite unpleasant and intimidating. He was eating, drinking and on his phone for the entire journey! Need I say any more!! Not a true reflection of this company but definitely a true experience!!”

Suggestion : rendre plus facile l’heure de prise en charge lors du remplissage du formulaire. Pas de possibilité de changer l’horaire facilement.”
“We had long delay on our trip with france air traffic control issues then waiting ages for our bags but holiday taxis were brilliant we were straight on transfer and set off after 10 mins then returning they were dead on time for pick up and we had shuttle with only 1 other person no messing around easy to confirm pick up times would recommend”
“Ik heb een vakantie doorgebracht op Mallorca en ben daar gewisseld van locatie. Heel fijn dat ik dat aan kon geven bij Holiday taxis, zodat ik niet met mn spullen hoefde te sjouwen. Helaas hadden ze dat niet gedaan waardoor ik een taxi moest pakken… toen ik hulp vroeg kon de man geen echt engels (het alfabet niet) waardoor ik t alpha beta moest gebruiken. Ook duurde het erg lang, stond er harde muziek op bij hun en leek t steeds alsof hij weg viel… jammer dat de service niet goed was.. en ik genoodzaakt was om een taxi te pakken door hun fout…”
“De chauffeur stond ons op te wachten zoals vermeld op de bevestiging. Zeer vriendelijke, aangename rustige chauffeur. Hij bracht ons in een luxueze lexus naar ons appartemenr! Voor terugreis eveneens alles vlot verlopen en opnieuw een vriendelijke chauffeur die goed op tijd was! TOP SERVICE. Wij gaan in de toekomst opnieuw kiezen voor holiday taxis!”
