“Very pleased with the service, our driver was waiting with our name on his board.
He brought the taxi to where we waited.
He dealt with or luggage and gave us a safe and courteous drive to the hotel.
Excellent.

“My return taxi ride from Puerto de la Cruz to the airport was perfect.
However the transfer from the airport was a traumatic experience.
My phone battery had died so that I could not bring up my hotel details which I had not memorised. The driver said Puerto de Sol? I said yes because Sol and Puerto sounded familiar. On arrival at the resort I asked the driver if he had a list of passengers and their hotels because my phone had died and I wanted to verify the name of my hotel.
He said he didn’t and we had arrived at the puerto de sol which I had asked for. The name of the hotel he pointed to did not contain the words puerto nor sol but he just left me there and drove off.
Fortunately for me the receptionist at this hotel - I can’t remember the name- was kind and charged my phone enough to bring up the hotel reservation., and then he called a taxi to take me there safely. Fortunately again it was not too far away.”
“This is one excellent service, providing all that we needed, including child seat and wheelchair transport. They were extremely professional and courteous and kept us reassuringly up to date. The vehicles were of very high standard. We'd definitely use them again.”
“I was at the desk 25 minutes after my arrival at the airport in Heraklion, arrival time of the plane was 30 minutes later than expected. They told my - not in a friendly manner - that my bus was gone and I have to come back again after one hour for more information. Then I had to wait again until all passengers for the transfer had arrived. Not really satisfactory.”
“Great trip. Luis, the driver text the day before with a reminder of the pick up time. He arrrived on time. Smooth trip with no hold ups.
Used Holiday Taxis on many occasions and would definitely recommend them.”
“We were picked up by Ioannis on time who transferred us to Rethymnon from Chania Airport. He was very friendly and knowledgeable but, more importantly, he was a very safe driver and the vehicle was comfortable. He placed all our luggage into the taxi and unloaded it again in Rethymnon.
He is highly recommended by my husband and myself.”
“I found the company online and thought the prices were good. The service from the airport was slightly delayed to a miscommunication but the driver was very good. The return journey was excellent, with the driver taking in to consideration I was feeling slightly car sick. I would use this service again and recommend to others.”
