“I'm giving only 3stars because the return coach at 50 minutes late, well we thought it wasn't going to turn up, so we got in a taxi, so disappointed. The rules are clear, no matter ehat happens its up to us to make sure we get together airport on time, and while the coach is cheap there is a lot if stress as the coach gets later and later, so it's the extra cost and stress of finding a taxi.”

“Very good transfer from Malaga airport to Los Amigos resort, however the return transfer was really too early as we arrived at the airport about an hour too soon to check our cases in. The trip itself was very good.”
“The shuttle was waiting for us and delivered us speedily to the drop off point. Our return journey was simple and we were given a sensible pick up time. The bus was on time and took us safely to the airport helping us off load our cases
All in all a very good value for money experience and we will use them again”

“Firstly on arrival at airport, I paid for premium transfer, I did not have premium transfer, was advised they did not have enough people on premium transfer so was put on normal ☹️ worst of all I would not have been picked up at all, if I had not asked hotel reception to ring tel. Number on my paperwork, whereby one of your people rushed to pick me up and meet up with taxi who was supposed to pick me up, so your service is not 100% it should have been. When you pay for a service we should get it!!☹️”
“Our arrival transfer to Corralejo was terrible! The coach was really old compared to the others waiting.
We finally set off and right from the start it was obvious that something was very wrong with the bus!
No power, crawling along the lady driver struggling to get any power from the engine. She rang the office on her mobile twice and seemed to get no support! Meanwhile we were stuck out on the open road in the dark! She managed to get us to Riu Olivia Beach as first drop, god knows how the others got to their Hotels. Not impressed having been a regular user over the years we will be looking at alternatives in future.”
