“The coach never showed up to pick us up....we were there before our designated time slot and asked every coach driver if they are holiday taxis and they all said no....now you have posted to me no show.....I think the no show was on your behalf...”
“Great man standing with sign stood a couple of minutes waiting on another couple they were 7 of us in mini bus I was dropped of first . We were all very close by to each other . Great price and service would book again.”
“Generally very good, especially as my flight didn’t get to Alicante until after 1am.
Very disappointed that for the return trip, I had to walk with my luggage for 10 minutes to a neighbouring hotel to catch the shuttle. I was the only one onboard and he drove virtually past my hotel on the way towards Benidorm. I’m a fit 80 year old, but still…”
“Very good never had a problem even booking 0ne way one small problem going to marmaris this time had to wait 90 minutes and person we were waiting for never came”
“Shuttle arrived 4..5 hours before my flight left. I then had to wait for over an hour for the BA desk to open.
The earliest book in time is 3 hours before but usually 2 hours before on medium haul flights. The journey time in the shuttle was around 35 minutes. FAR TOO LONG To hang around an airport.
The shuttle journey was good and the driver was friendly.”
