“Tax arrived but in the same way as late arrival checked should be the same for early arrival of plane. Plane landed 30 mins early and we had to wait for taxi to arrive”

“Pick up was fine... Return really messed up by my last holiday plans, given they had my flight number correct for an after 3.30pm flight..I was expecting a pick up time around 1pm or at earliest 11am... When it was available to see I see it was for 9am ..to which I contacted online to ask why its so early an can it be changed ..they said no as its a shuttle service already booked and suggested I could get a private taxi ..which obviously if I paid for a service I'm not going yo go an pay extra because of their mess up...so had to cut my previous night plans short to be up for pick up....get picked up in car ,and only 1 other passenger after ... getting to the airport for b4 10am..so wasting the rest of my last few hours at an airport for practically 4pm flight ..never had this experience with holidays transfers they normally work out maybe 2-3hour window before your flight and arrival”
“Basically we paid good money for a "Premier Car" and got an orange mini bus. 75 minutes transfer in a rickety old bus when it should have been a smooth ride. To make matters worse we complained on arrival and they picked us up for return journey in another rickety old orange bus. So disappointed. Not what I paid for. Would like a full refund please.”

“I had a great experience with Holiday Taxis. I booked a return trip to/from Faro airport and there were absolutely no issues at all. Upon arrival at Faro, I checked in at the desk and waited only a couple of mins before the driver appeared and took us to the car. The car was clean and very modern. I had a similar experience on the way home, going to Faro, and the driver was earlier than the expected pick-up. Very reasonable price too. I would definitely recommend and will use this company again.”
“Pick up from Madrid airport was on time and got us to hotel within a short time. However had to chase pick up for return journey with driver turning up 25 minutes after planned pick up date. This was not a problem as hotel is fairly close to airport. Driver was polite and drive was smooth. Would have given 5 stars for overall experience but for the lateness of pick up”
“Nobody is meeting you at the gate exit. You have to go outside to find a small sign yourself in the board with hundreds of other taxi companies. One guy is managing arranging a queue of tourists arriving to distribute them to drivers. I had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to be allocated. The car is old, smells of smoke, seatbelts do not work. Awful experience!”
