“Nobody is meeting you at the gate exit. You have to go outside to find a small sign yourself in the board with hundreds of other taxi companies. One guy is managing arranging a queue of tourists arriving to distribute them to drivers. I had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to be allocated. The car is old, smells of smoke, seatbelts do not work. Awful experience!”

“They are reliable and good time keeping but the guy we had on both transfers had us holding on to the seats. On our way to Ramos he was driving fast and just missed a hgv head on. And coming back to the airport he almost wiped out a family crossing the road”
“When we got to Hurghada there was no taxi waiting for us. We looked everywhere but couldn't see our name in the crowd of many so we were lucky enough to still be able to catch the tui bus. There was no signal to call in Hurghada airport so going we had no transport. I emailed then while away but recieved no reply at all. I wanted to check they were coming for the pickup but they were not there when the tui bus was about to set off, 10 mins after the time they said they would arrive, so again we got on the normal bus.”
“Not for first time this year pick up for return to airport late. On contacting provider we were told that the pick up time on our email confirmation wrong and that it was 30 minutes later than stated. Would still use again as still the best provider of transfer.”
“Booked a return transfer shuttle from airport to hotel in Gran Canaria. Price was v good and service was excellent. Delayed flight was not a problem. Inevitably a short delay at the airport waiting for other passengers (for the shared shuttle), but again no problem. Pick-up at the hotel very prompt. Transfers very comfortable, and all staff courteous and helpful. Have used before and will use again.”

“From Antalya airport to Sun city hotel Side took more then 2 hours. Because of this we couldn't find any restaurant or shop open and my kids slept first night hungry. We landed there at 10.20pm and reached hotel at 2.00am. On the way back on 29th October to airport again we were late because the tyre of bus was punctured. We have to wait for replacement vehicle. The 2nd driver was very slow. Luckily our flight was delayed so we reached merely on time when the boarding has been started.”
