“Got to the airport in good time to catch my flight to Manchester with EasyJet from Kos town. Bus arrived at pickup point a little early which was welcome.”
“On arrival was guided to a waiting area & advised to wait (up to an hour). After the hour had passed, I returned to the "greeting" area & was directed downstairs to a stop 23 (this was at Malaga) in what looked like a bus station. There was a bus at the stop - no driver, After waiting for half an hour, with no assistance, was forced to give up & found an expensive taxi to take us to our hotel. Total 1 & a half hours waiting, without the promised transport - hence Holiday Taxis broke their contract, for which I should be refunded.”
