“Imposible to find the driver , took forever. I called the center for help and they do answer the phone for long time. Then after an Hr finally I got some answer . The return was not possible: my fly was change to early one after 6 pm the day before , when I called the center to change the pick up time they told they could not do it so I have to find my own way to go to the airport?. So I could not use that service that I paid and I had to find another taxi service to go back to the airport”

“Used this service to book a return transfer from Enfidha airport to our hotel and back again after 10 days. The journey itself was fine and the drivers on both occasions were professional. But on arrival we were one of 8 coaches and one by one they all left. Our coach was delayed leaving the airport by 55 minutes due to 2 passengers making a complaint inside the airport. We had a full coach and as a result all lost out on dinner that evening at our hotels. It would have been sensible to allow the coach to leave and the 2 passengers to be transferred separately by taxi. But the company chose to delay 50-60 passengers for the sake of 2. Our stop was number 8 of 9 and all other passengers were dropped right outside their hotel. Right up to the entrance doors in most cases. We were dropped off in a side street across the road from the hotel. It was a busy junction we had to cross ourselves with all our luggage at 11.45pm at night. Not good.”

“Was picked up Tuesday evening and it was really raining heavily when we left Marmaris and was dark. The driver drove very fast, as did all the other drivers. I think I was the only passenger with a seat belt on. I was scared the whole journey! The return transfer the following evening (24 hour trip to U.K. for a funeral) was after 03.00 when we landed. Different driver, same size vehicle, not raining. Felt safe and arrived back at 06.00 safely.”
“One star is far too generous !!! I booked one transfer with H.T , thy didn?t turn up and let me down , with no warning , I had to pay a taxi , so I lost more money and nearly missed my flight . What can I say except I would never use them again or recommend to a friend . Now I am waiting for 28 day for a full refund”
