“Normally the service is excellent. This time however when we arrived at Malaga, there was nobody there to meet us. We eventually found a rep who made a telephone call and a driver was called to pick us up. The return home trip was excellent as normal.”

“Booked the taxi service in Cyprus (Larnaca to Protaras and back), for my parents who don't speak a word of english. The instructions provided were very clear and they managed to access the taxis without issue. Hence, everything was well organised and on time, which made the trip hassle free and more enjoyable. “Driver was extremely rude whenever I arrived to the airport, didn't acknowledge me. Stood and waited for 10 minutes while he finished his phone call. He then told me it would be 10:45pm before we would be leaving, my transfer was booked for 9pm. He began to shout at me whenever I enquired if I could go with another driver as this was too late. His English wasn't secure so he called a another man over, who again was more than unhelpful, shrugged his shoulders, and brushed me away. The driver then told me to go away and wait while using his hands to gesture that I was to move away. Being a solo female traveller, I felt vulnerable and didn't feel safe to travel in his car. I therefore had to book another taxi (uber). This driver was so pleasant and helpful.”

“Pick up from the airport was quick and easy. However we had a time from the company for return back to the airport and we waited past this time and then had to get the hotel to ring the pick up people. The taxi had gone to the wrong hotel, which had a similar name, and was in fact 25 mins late, we had a rush to the airport. Not very impressed.”
“Easy to book. Prices are fair. Staff was waiting at Hurghada customs for us. Straight delivery to our resort. On the return date we had to confirm the pickup time ourselves. Holiday said they would contact us.”
“Easy jet went wrong and lost our luggage so we missed your taxi. And then because we couldn?t find out where the drop off point was for the return journey we missed the one back to the airport too!”
“Scheduled pickups were all good however the driver personally asking for tips at drop off was a bit cringy. Also they take too long at the service break was waiting half an hour at the service. The journey was just 1 hr so was unnecessary to wait that long at services. I had little children and it was 11pm.”
“Fabulous service to and from malaga / frigiliana. Drivers are punctual, very friendly, even helpful with luggage. I've used them many times and always recommend them, particularly when travelling solo. Very economical and environmentally friendlier to share rides too. I do wish they would make a collection point in frigilana new town though.”
